Η EXIN δεν σχολιάζει την αγωγή Calamos και δηλώνει ότι θα ολοκληρώσει την εξαγορά

Σε ανακοίνωση της η ΕΧΙΝ αναφορικά με την αγωγή Calamos εναντίον της επισημαίνει ότι δεν σχολιάζει την αγωγή Calamos και δηλώνει ότι θα ολοκληρώσει την εξαγορά της Εθνικής Ασφαλιστικής.

Η ανακοίνωση στα Αγγλικά έχει ως εξής:

"EXIN has recently been made aware that one of its partners has chosen to issue a press release regarding the existence of a litigation against EXIN. EXIN does not comment on litigation nor threats of litigation.
EXIN remains fully committed to the expeditious Close of the Ethniki Asfalistiki transaction within the prescribed timeframe."
